Experience

In my15 years counselling experience,I have worked with 1000s of patients from all backgrounds, which has provided me with a deep insight and a practical view of the problems that people are facing in their lives: both personally and professionally. Whether it is depression due to lack of respect and recognition at work, death of a close family member or friend, high anxiety, panick attacks, emotional distress due to separation, loss of job, financial worries or just any other issue that affects mental health negatively.

Qualified with level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling (integrative)
Accreditation in Bereavement counselling (cruse Bereavement care)
CBT course
Addiction therapy courses
Couples counselling course
Mindfulness meditation course
Anger management course
Yoga course
Spirituality practice.

Additional Information

I became a Therapist because of how much a Therapist called Helen helped me, she became a mentor for me and sadly died last year, I owe her so much and dedicate my work to her.
